Senior Marketing Producer

Your Role Within our Kingdom:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Producer, who has a solid understanding of production processes and creative best practice, to deliver great advertising for our new mobile gaming titles.
Working as part of our New Games team within the Marketing Studio, you will be the first point of contact for our stakeholders, and work in close collaboration with our internal Creatives, games teams and external agencies to deliver fantastic creative work - on time, and on budget.
As a Senior Producer and Team Leader you have a deep understanding of the creative process from inception to delivery. You know how to drive concepts for campaigns across all channels, with emphasis on creative production, including video, static, animation and digital products (playables). You’re a strong people manager who knows how to influence people and reach objectives.
Skills to Create Thrills:
Experience leading the production of creative campaigns, from idea to delivery
Superb project management skills, managing multiple projects at a time, with different deadlines and requirements
Experience with 2D and 3D/ CGI production pipelines.
A strong people manager, with a passion for developing their team
Experience of working with budgets, forecasting and scheduling
Good understanding of negotiating deals and buy out rights with external companies and freelancers
Extensive knowledge of leading animation and post- production projects
Experience with creative performance data, analysing winning trends, and using it for better creative assets
● Mobile gaming experience
● Experience of production of user acquisition content
● Validated understanding of Unity
● Knowledge of different ad platforms and app store
