Your Role Within our Kingdom

The Resource/ Traffic Manager will sit within our Marketing Studio and will liaise closely with our stakeholders to assess and delegate briefs to our Creatives and work with Producers on longer tail resource planning. 

You will among other thing:

  • Oversee the resourcing of all creative projects, managing daily schedules, reporting on project status, workloads and rescheduling alongside the Producers based on new and changing priorities 

  • Own and champion our project management tool, Workfront

  • Make sure clear and detailed briefs are received from stakeholders, on time

  • Report to management about the current workflow, and communicate any issues with workload coming in

  • React quickly and efficiently to changing priorities and provide clear communication

  • Seek to continually improve processes within the team to increase efficiencies

  • Act as the point of contact with project management tools, leading on implementation, on- boarding, training and maintenance

  • Identify freelance requirements from initial request, to on- boarding to suitable exit

  • Maintain and evolve a set of production processes to cover: onboarding, tools, documents, templates such as SoWs and service agreements, as well as facilitate knowledge sharing and project wash ups

  • Coach, champion and support implementation of leading production principles (such as Agile), and practices as needed or requested.

  • Facilitate weekly meetings, e.g finance, daily team Stand Up, team meetings etc

  • Support the Director of Marketing Studio on the implementation of relevant operational aspects and be responsible for maintaining resourcing and delivery processes ensuring communication flow and disseminating key information across stakeholders

Skills to Create Thrills:

  • 2- 3 year’s experience working within a Resource Manager/Traffic Manager role

  • Resourcing experience with high volume of projects 

  • Highly organized, self- motivated, accountable and able to manage multiple work streams in a fast paced environment

  • Lateral and critical thinker, able to spot potential issues and solve them before they become an issue.

  •  Experience working with teams of designers and creatives

  • Adept at briefing creative teams and reporting into clients

  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle complexity and change

  • Good negotiation and problem solving skills

  • Constantly looking to improve efficiencies and iterate

  • Flexible approach to challenges with a proven understanding of the variables involved in project delivery

  • Adobe Workfront

  • Combination of Agency - and client side experience.
