 Marketing Studio is King’s in- house creative production agency. We exist to deliver game- changing creative work, from the inside out. We’re serious about games, without taking ourselves too seriously. We know what gamers want and we know our craft, inside out. 

Your Role Within our Kingdom:

We are looking for an experienced Producer, who is highly consultative and has a solid understanding of creative best practice and innovation in mobile game marketing, with a keen focus on user acquisition for pre- release and live titles. 

You will always be looking for opportunities to improve strategic output across our stakeholders, and the team, and drive positive commercial outcomes. 

Working as part of the senior team in the Marketing Studio, you will join the mission to define, protect and improve stakeholder experience and output and will be responsible for stakeholder relationships - protecting our reputation, overdelivering on stakeholder KPI’s, and developing strong, long lasting professional relationships.

You will among other things…

  • Drive success for critical areas of marketing, leading multiple multidisciplinary teams and managing and developing the production team handling these channels, as well as contributing to the production growth in the Marketing Studios as a whole

  • Join a cross- craft leadership team and be responsible for building, defining and driving execution of a roadmap with input from your peers.

  • Lead the team by example, fostering a positive "can- do" atmosphere which drives the team to perform and deliver beyond their own expectations

  • Be excellent at communicating upwards and downwards

  • Be analytical and make strong data- informed decisions

  • Have the ability to have a high- level view but attention to detail where required

  • Work well under pressure and to frequent, tight and changing deadlines

  • Support in- house creatives and external creative partners in the maintenance of a coherent creative vision throughout the entire project lifecycle

  • Define and understand the impact the Marketing Studio is making for the business at all times and have a plan in place to improve relationships, improve impact and deliver commercial objectives.

Skills to create thrills…

  • Hands- on experience leading the production of creative marketing campaigns from idea to delivery

  • Superb project management skills, managing multiple projects at a time, with different deadlines and requirements

  • Experience with CGI pipelines

  • A strong people manager, with a passion for developing their teams

  • A solid sense of quality and craftsmanship

  • A great attitude towards knowledge sharing and the desire to work within a team that discusses solutions and ideas

  • Documented experience of working with budgets, forecasting and scheduling

  • Ability to work proactively with developing and refining creative processes 

 

Bonus Points:

  • SCRUM/Agile/Waterfall development experience

  • Knowledge of Workfront

  • Combination of Agency side experience and client side experience.
