We’re looking for a Level Designer to deliver world- leading mobile games.
If you want to supply to crafting an outstanding experience for millions of players to enjoy on the go then this is the right job for you!
As part of Eternal Games, you will be responsible for the Level Design craft in our studio supporting five different games and play a key part in crafting well- balanced, consistent and thrilling levels based on each game’s basic rules as well as support the delivery of our games vision. Ultimately, you will ensure our games are fun to play!
Your role within the Kingdom
Lead, mentor, and encourage level designers
Set the standard for your team in terms of level creation, quality assessment, to build, assess, rebalance and tune new and existing levels
Be the go- to guide for your games for any questions around level design, i.e. how much content to release, what balancing strategy makes the most sense for your titles, what decisions should be taken based on your understanding and analysis of the data, and what actions are needed to ensure that the games continue to be driven in a rapidly changing industry.
Work closely with our leads, developers, creatives and data scientist to craft new features and supply to creative discussions.
Blend creativity with methodical testing and balancing
Remain up- to- date with Level Design literature and standard methodologies to continue supplying to Eternal Games Level Design expertise.
Skills to build thrills
You have an outstanding passion for games, understand the casual market and know how to think out of the box. And, of course, you’ll need to know what makes a good game.
Experience on level design for casual games
Proven understanding of game balancing and pacing
Experience working within a game production team and/or knowledge of game production standard processes
Effective interpersonal skills
