Your role within the Kingdom
Own the design vision for a segment of the game and work with the team to translate it into fun and high performing features.
Work closely with the Product Director, improving core gameplay, meta and economy and shaping the future of Pet Rescue Saga.
Mentor, guide and help level up a team of talented game designers to deliver great results.
Harness the creativity of the entire team to craft new features and obtain learnings
Set a high quality standard for game design within the team by integrating industry best practices and being up to date with market trends.
Deliver clear, concise & easy to digest design specs.
Identify and solve for challenges met through the production cycle.
Skills to create thrills
Ability to create advanced mock- ups/flows/prototypes to showcase new concepts & ideas.
Extensive F2P feature design, meta and monetisation experience.
Experience leading diverse teams and being a champion for inclusion.
Enthusiasm for solving problems and finding new opportunities.
Adept at both big picture and detail- oriented thinking.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to synthesise feedback from team members and rapidly iterate on designs.
