Reporting into the People Directors, we are looking forward to Welcoming our next People Advisors to join our Kingdom. This role is an integral part of evolving and upholding our values, our employees’ processes and People experience across the whole of the employee lifecycle across our Swedish organisation.
We’re looking for someone who is super organised, is passionate about the administration craft, a great communicator, and a very strong operational skill. This person shall also be very data management and process savvy.
You should be passionate about providing a great employee experience to our Kingsters, provide them with solid support, use the relevant process and pragmatic solutions to their everyday challenges and driving process improvements to add value to both our employees and simplify our ways of working.
As a core part of our People Team, you will play a key role developing operational excellence, with the core of our craft. Independently own, drive and practices our People processes, standards and tooling across Sweden, to ensure we provide the best and always a consistent employee experience to our Kingsters.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN OUR KINGDOM
Independently advise on HR policies, practices and local regulatory requirements to resolve manager and employee policy queries linked to core processes, absence, resignations and much more.
Supporting our Kingsters through advice and solid process management with sickness, maternity/paternity queries etc. You will have great listening skills, be objective, fair and offer advice and feedback ensuring the employee experience continuously lives up to our culture and values.
Maintains awareness of local labour laws that may impact King. Owning policies by taking an active role in updating local policies and procedures internally. Work with relevant stakeholders and peers to update our intranet pages, systems and documents as needed
Analysing data, processes, and tooling in relation to always strive to improve and develop the quality of our Operational Excellence approach towards Kingsters.
You will own the maintenance our HR Systems and Tools; WorkDay for your areas, looking at ways to continuously improve our practices here and ways of working with our global HR Ops team
Support your HR Business Partners (People Partners) in different people areas and projects
You will be owning and leading our end - to end employee experience from Onboarding to Offboarding
Conducts Exit interviews as applicable ensuring learnings from these are captured and fed back into both people and business plans.

SKILLS TO CREATE THRILLS:
HR experience gained in a similar role, with hands- on experience of managing end to end People processes.
You will be professional, credible, and a great communicator both in written and in verbal communication
Advisory skills, knowledge and experience of applying local employment law
Experience of interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures with the ability to identify potential issues.
Experience managing multiple activities and collaborating with others to get the job done.
Strong attention to detail, organizational and excellent time management skills.
Strong experience of data analysis, management, pulling of insights and recommendations from this.
Actively listens to the business on improvements that could be made to the metrics, processes, and tools
Seeks new ways to improve HR processes and outcomes.
Excellent customer service skills
Sound judgement and decision making, with the ability to identify and resolve problems, provide solutions, and take necessary actions to prevent them from developing in future.
Excellent IT skills – particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Business fluent written and verbal English
BONUS SKILLS:
Experience of using HR systems such as Workday.
Experience from an international environment
Experience from the Tech, Gaming and/or similar business industry
Basic understanding of project management methodology.
Experience supporting the facilitation (& training) of HR processes spanning across: Performance Management, Engagement, Talent, DE&I and other people processes is an advantage.
Other languages, we are a global team.
