We are looking for a talented senior game designer to join the Pet Rescue Design Team!

Your role within the Kingdom
Own the design process for features end to end, from ideation to post launch iteration.
Work closely with the Product Director, helping to redefine the game’s core gameplay, meta & key improvements for the game.
Support in analyzing feature performance and take ownership to identify improvements
Harness the creativity of the entire team to craft new features and obtain learnings
Deliver clear, concise & easy to digest design specs
Identify and solve for challenges met through the production cycle, ensuring design decisions are clearly communicated to the team.
Make sure new features integrate effectively with the existing game systems.
Understand business and players’ needs and provide well- informed decisions
Skills to create thrills
Ability to create advanced mock- ups/flows/prototypes to showcase new concepts & ideas.
Proven game design experience developing new features, core gameplay or meta
A good understanding of game design principles and player psychology.
Enthusiasm for solving problems and finding new opportunities.
Ability to synthesize feedback from team members and rapidly iterate on designs.
A natural curiosity and eagerness to explore new ideas.
BONUS POINTS:
The following skills would be very helpful for the role but are desirable rather than essential:
Previous experience with ‘Match Puzzle’ games (E.g. Match- 3, Clicker, etc)
Experience working with Meta Features
Technical skills:
Good knowledge of unity or similar game engines
Experience using git or version control systems
