Are you a F2P Designer passionate about creating new and exciting reward systems for the No.1 casual game in the mobile market? Do you enjoy hands- on designing and testing creative solutions backed by player research and live data?
We are looking for a Senior Game Designer to join our team, to take ownership of new player experiences and rewards within Candy Crush Saga!
Your role within the Kingdom
Collaborate with product managers to identify and address problems and opportunities
Drive the design & discovery process for strategic bets related to new player rewards
Actively seek and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights on player behaviour & motivations
Own the design process for features end to end, from ideation to post launch iterations
Deliver clear, concise, and thorough specifications to cross functional teams responsible for implementing these features.
Identify and solve for challenges met through the production cycle, ensuring design decisions are clearly communicated to the team.
Integrate features effectively with the existing game ecosystem
Support in analyzing feature performance and take ownership to identify improvements and communicate learnings to the team
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices specifically in casual mobile space and share learnings with teams
Skills to create thrills
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Keen eye for identifying problems, driving innovation and finding new opportunities
Extensive F2P feature design and monetisation experience
Experience working closely with Economy Designers to create and balance new rewards
An great understanding of design principles and player psychology
Understanding and application of Data driven design
Track record of designing high performing features for live games
Bonus points for experience in the casual puzzle genre
