Lead 3D Artist (Candy Crush Soda)
We are looking for a talented 3d Lead Artist to join Candy Crush Soda Saga!
Your role within our Kingdom
You will join our team and work in our 3d team with all kinds of in- game content. You will work in an art hub closely with our amazing artists, where both your leadership skills and craft knowledge will help shape the future of Candy Crush Soda Saga!
Work closely with our Art Director to understand our product creative vision and help the team reach it
Work closely with our Art Producer and make time estimates about the art production
Continuously improve and revise best practices, processes and workflows and ensure that your team are setup for success in adopting those processes
Ensure that the team deliverables maintain top quality, conform to the styleguides and meet the technical requirements
Provide art feedback and sign off the deliverables
Actively contribute to meetings and discussions with feedback on the work being done and provide updates from stakeholders
Strong communication skills and strong people skills
Experience with 3d modeling and animation in Maya
Experience leading an art team in the games industry
A solid knowledge of the entire pipeline of 3d casual games art production from idea to finished implemented assets
Experience working with a game engine
Soda- licious bonus skills
Experience with VFX
Experience with rigging
Experience with rendering
