YOUR ROLE WITHIN OUR KINGDOM
We are looking for a driven and hardworking Video Creative, who is brimming with great creative ideas and has exceptional design, animation and motion graphic skills.
As a Video Creative, you will collaborate closely with Producers, fellow creatives and internal marketing teams and apply your creative skills and design expertise to a broad range of channels. With your creative vision in mind, you will guide the team members through the creative process and expertly share your ideas and concepts.
SKILLS TO CREATE THRILLS
Demonstrated ability in an animation studio, production company or advertising environment
Art theory basics is a must i.e: composition and color theory
Basic understanding of the 3D pipeline and post production techniques
A strong portfolio, with examples of great 2D/3D animation/ motion graphic executions across a number of different channels
Excellent skills in the Adobe package, with an emphasis on After Effects
Not afraid to learn different softwares / tools and interested in exploring ways to improve pipelines and/or unusual solutions
Excellent skills in storytelling and editing
A love and understanding of mobile games, and gaming culture
Experience leading and motivating small teams of creatives
Great attention to detail - quality controlling content to ensure it is consistent in style, quality, and tone
A standout colleague who can adapt quickly to business needs
Tasty bonus skills
Working knowledge of 3D animation
Experience recording footage from prototypes & builds, knowledge of cinemachine in Unity
Experienced in typography and graphic design
Social media savvy
Experience in the production of content for user acquisition
