Job Description:

Your Mission

Activision is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive our global financial planning

Lead annual, monthly, quarterly, and ad- hoc forecasting worldwide, establishing and communicating process deliverables, and driving global execution.

  • Lead both long- and short- range financial planning on a global basis with finance leadership.
  • Lead pacing and analysis of the Activision business
  • Distill key drivers of results into actionable insights for finance leadership
  • Identify future financial risks and opportunities across the division
  • Drive management level reports in support of business reviews.
  • Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of financial key performance indicators.
  • Partner with finance and analytics to identify and implement process efficiencies to improve productivity and quality of forecasts.
  • Partner with corporate finance and investor relations in prepping and reviewing quarterly financials for earnings reports

Player Profile

The key qualifications for the role include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or relevant field of study
  • A minimum of 2- 4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong critical thinking
  • Top technical financial modeling with the ability to output complex questions into easy to understand outcome
  • Experience working cross functionally
  • Strong communications and presentation skills, with the ability to work with other members of the finance team and across the organization
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision
  • Experience within tech/media/entertainment companies
