Job Description:

  • King's aim is to create a robust and world class loyalty program for its players. The newly formed Loyalty & VIP team is responsible for establishing a market leading loyalty strategy and program that will be the first of its kind in the gaming industry. This team will continuously refine and evolve the program and other ongoing loyalty initiatives to drive member growth, increase player engagement, maximize business value, and reduce platform churn.

  • This role is critical in taking our Minimum Viable Product from a soft launch phase into a best- in- class loyalty program. A new Product Development Manager will work with cross- functional teams and the core Loyalty & VIP team to drive documented requirements, develop user stories, and translate strategy into plans so we continuously develop the product aligned to player insight and feedback. This person will be focused on delivering the product vision and will report into the loyalty Product Lead.

Your role within our Kingdom:

  • Help establish product/business requirements and cross- functional alignment.

  • Collaborate with project sponsor and team leads to shape the experience and strategic direction of our product.

  • Work together with cross- functional teams to design and build engaging player experiences and features.

  • Provide stakeholders with regular or ad- hoc updates on the performance of the product/features.

  • Strong problem- solving capabilities evidenced by a proven ability to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze product concepts, strategic opportunities, and competitive threats.

  • Monitor, analyze and extract insights from the performance of the products and features you work on.

Skills to create thrills:

  • Prior experience in customer facing products, designing and/or deploying products or features that improve engagement and monetization.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare clear and concise stakeholder- ready documents.

  • Experience working as Product Manager or a similar role in an agile software development environment.

  • Working in a humble and open manner, with a willingness to both teach and learn from your colleagues.

  • Passion for building products that people love to use.

  • Growth mindset.
