We are looking for a hands- on, meticulous, and highly motivated business marketing strategist to join our growing Ads team. In this role, you will coordinate the development of differentiated ad strategies focused on growing brand and vertical partnerships. 

You will be responsible for imbuing deep brand and category expertise into our product roadmaps and go- to- market plans. You will develop go- to- market strategies focused on driving revenue within crucial industry verticals. Working collaboratively with sales, product marketing, and operations, you will create scalable partnership programs, vertical sales narratives, and collateral that drive demand for our ad solutions among top advertising partners. 

Job Description

  • Identify business opportunities among key brands and categories

  • Gather competitive intelligence

  • Develop and implement global go- to- market vertical ads strategies

  • Develop and implement global partnership pitches and proposals

  • Partner cross- functionally to develop scalable sales narratives and collateral

  • Drive sales enablement in partnership with Sales and Operations leadership

  • Source customer feedback; Communicate customer needs to Product leadership during planning cycles.

  • Develop case studies

Skills to Create Thrills

  • 6+ years experience in a strategy role within a top- tier brand or agency; CPG, Tech or Entertainment experience preferred.

  • Experience building relationships with marketing decision- makers at brands and agencies. 

  • Comfortable building and managing relationships across business stakeholders, internal and external.

  • Excellent communication, content building and storytelling skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience working through cross functional teams.

  • Goal- oriented, highly motivated, takes full ownership of projects

  • Seasoned public speaker who can represent Activision Blizzard Media externally as needed at industry events, panels, etc

  • Openness and flexibility to travel as needed

  • Previous managerial experience a plus
