Marketing Studio is King’s inhouse creative production agency. We power King’s marketing organisation for outstanding creative work, flexibly and efficiently, with a superior knowledge of our players, brands and channels. 

YOUR ROLE WITHIN OUR KINGDOM

The Producer is the first point of contact for our stakeholders and works in close collaboration with our internal Creatives, games teams, and external agencies to deliver fantastic creative work - on time, and on budget. 

As a Producer and Team Leader, you have a deep understanding of the creative process from inception to delivery. You know how to drive concepts for campaigns across all channels, with emphasis on creative production, including video, static, animation, and digital products (playables). You’re a strong people manager who knows how to influence people and reach objectives.

 

SKILLS TO CREATE THRILLS

  • Experience leading the production of creative campaigns, from idea to delivery, preferably in an entertainment or advertising environment

  • Superb project management skills, managing multiple projects at a time, with different deadlines and requirements

  • A strong people manager, with a passion for developing their team

  • Documented experience of working with budgets, forecasting, and scheduling

  • Experience negotiating deals and buy out rights with external companies and freelancers

  • Extensive knowledge of leading animation and post- production projects

  • Experience with creative performance data, analysing winning trends, and using it for better creative assets

  • Ability to work proactively with developing and refining creative processes 

  • Leading and motivating small teams of creatives

  • Great attention to detail - quality controlling content to ensure its consistent in style, quality and tone

  • A team player who can adapt quickly to business needs
