We are looking for a Manager for our Pricing and Commercial Effectiveness function in our office in Stockholm. If you are skilled and passionate about Pricing and Commercial Effectiveness, and if you want to drive changes with a significant impact on our games, then this is the right job for you!
Your Role Within our Kingdom
As a Manager in our Pricing and Commercial Effectiveness team, you will work with our key titles, such as Candy Crush Saga, and with other Marketing teams in a fun, dynamic, and fast- paced environment. You’ll be empowered to develop, test, and improve our strategies, methods, processes, tools, and solutions to deliver best- in- class pricing, commercial effectiveness, and revenue growth.
Specifically, you will …
- Support us with our pricing and commercial strategy
- Frame analyses to understand the impact, strengths, and weaknesses of our current strategy and initiatives
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, and develop approaches to capture them
- Prioritize pricing and commercial initiatives, experiments, and help to develop our road map
- Contribute with effective advice, ideas, and hands- on solutions
- Lead challenging, cross- functional projects
Skills To Create Thrills
- Solid experience in pricing and top line optimization in a B2C environment
- Solid knowledge of key pricing and commercial methods and techniques
- Business acumen with a passion to drive growth
- The ability and desire to learn quickly, and to develop hands- on solutions
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of utilizing comprehensive internal data and metrics as well as external customer data
- Solid project management and communications skills, incl. the ability to communicate and report ideas and recommendations in a clear, pragmatic, and unambiguous way alongside risk mitigation
- Advanced MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- The ability to build trustful relationships, to inspire and guide colleagues, and to drive best practices across an organization
- Customer centric, with a clear understanding of value add
Bonus Points
Other experience that might be helpful, but is not required, includes:
- Work experience in the gaming industry or similar, customer- facing digital businesses
- Experience with standard reporting tools such as Looker/QlikView/Tableau/etc.
- SQL skills enabling you to write queries to access relevant databases
- Experience in econometrics, segmentation, and experimental design
