We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Diversity Equity & Inclusion Project Manager to help shape and drive the DE&I agenda for King in alignment with Activision Blizzard’s DE&I strategy.

Your goal - as a change agent and driver of cultural evolution, will be to project manage the embedding of DE&I initiatives across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, strengthening the sense of community, belonging, and ultimately leading the way in making positive and impactful change at scale. 

Reporting into the DE&I Director, you will partner with senior leaders, HR experts and employee network groups across King and Activision Blizzard. You will support the design and lead on the implementation of strategic DE&I initiatives that enable our workforce to perform their best work while positioning King as the best in class in all aspects of DE&I. 

Responsibilities

  • Create and track against a roadmap of DE&I projects and initiatives - ensure one holistic view of all D&I activity across King

  • Support with the design and led on the implementation of DE&I projects and initiatives 

  • Ensure relevant teams and stakeholders are engaged in DE&I projects and initiatives 

  • Set up a rhythm within King to ensure we are monitoring progress against and reporting on the success of our DE&I projects and initiatives - agree DE&I metrics and status reporting mechanisms

  • Support the development of King employee networks, managing relationships with network leaders and facilitating collaboration between networks

  • Manage the DE&I Forum - bringing together DE&I Champions across the business - providing updates, challenges and providing opportunity for feedback and input into programmes. 

  • Manage and develop the relationships with key external partnerships, incl. UKie, Ada College and Hello World

  • Maintain existing and build new channels to engage and share information with Kingsters on DE&I i.e. Kingluence, slack channels

  • Manage relationships with third party vendors, including contracts and invoicing

  • Support the DE&I Director in meetings, preparing materials and capturing minutes and next steps

  • Partner with PR & Comms to regularly communicate internal and external DE&I initiatives, events, and progress

  • Develop a cadence of meetings and reporting with Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with Employer Brand to build a strong internal and external reputation as a great place to work and ensure DE&I efforts are being shared externally

  • Support external communication and benchmarking including the submission of DE&I surveys, benchmarks, key awards and reporting

Candidate Profile

  • Experience professional experience within employee experience, culture, diversity, equity & inclusion or similar

  • Experience of successfully developing and implementing diversity and inclusion or culture programmes

  • Excellent project management skills together with the ability to work autonomously and proactively in a fast- paced, matrix and complex, agile environment

  • Experience working with individual contributors, technical specialists, managers, and executives across a global organisation

  • Strong EQ, with a passion for people and the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion to drive change

  • Ability to influence and partner across the business to successfully drive initiatives, to gain commitment and support

  • Shifts quickly into action and provides regular communication and updates on progress against objectives

  • Experience managing and coordinating projects with a demonstrated ability to use project tools for analysis, tracking, reporting, and communicating across project managers, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors

  • Ability to deliver high quality work while working on multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Team oriented and highly collaborative and able to engage and update stakeholders

  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills

  • Self- starter, able to work well on your own and good at solving problems

  • Strong sense of urgency and results- orientation; ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion

  • Ability to focus on critical issues to balance and respond to competing priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office (excel, word, powerpoint etc.) and Google Drive skills

  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to present / visualise data and explain the narrative in presentations for senior management

  • Ability to handle confidential data

  • Interest in the gaming sector and technology
