If you want to lead the user experience for the platform that provides tools for our game teams to operate some of the world’s best and biggest mobile games, this is the job for you!
Our vision is to make our platform the most popular path to develop and expose tools for King games while improving the productivity of our game developers and operators. For this vision, our strategy is to streamline tool development while ensuring consistency of user experience across platform tools.
The ideal candidate will be able to both drive design work from start to finish for our platform components as well as lead the user experience of our game operations platform on a strategic level. This role will be responsible for the user & developer experience on our operations portal, where multiple teams build operational tools such as live- ops, game economy, game content, AB testing, etc.. for game teams. This role will be responsible for designing the portal and lead finding common UX workflows across all tools to make them work seamlessly together.

Create and drive a user- centered design strategy that delivers value.
Advocate for users’ needs and make your team part of the process.
Work with a cross- functional product team to create and deliver meaningful experiences for our users.
Own design problems and the solutions from start to finish.
Lead user research activities to discover underserved needs
Iterate based on tangible data, user research, and user testing, to get measurable outcomes.
Develop and improve our design system, standards, and patterns together with the other UX designers.
Lead the effort on ensuring consistency across applications on our game operation platform
As a Senior UX designer, mentor and support peers and junior colleagues in growing their skills.
Skills to create thrills
Experience working with complex web applications for specialized users
Great passion for usability and a strong focus on the end- users of a system
Strong working knowledge of the standard tools like Figma, Sketch, and Abstract
Strong communication skills and track record of successfully presenting your ideas and getting buy- in
Experience in user research, user testing, and generally in product discovery
Experience in collaborating with craft peers, mentoring junior colleagues, and influencing other UX designers
