We’re looking for a Learning, Development & Onboarding Specialist who helps bring to life this essential part of our Culture. Reporting into the Learning & Development, Senior Manager, this role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition, Events, HR Ops and IT teams to ensure new Kingsters are effectively onboarded and inducted into the Kingdom. 

Your role will be to ensure that all new joiners across King’s locations are immersed into King’s culture from day 1 and are equipped with the right information and resources to help accelerate their time to high performance. 

You will also assist with the execution and tracking of other Learning & Development initiatives. Including data and system management, analysis and reporting. 

Priorities can often change in a fast- paced environment like ours, so this role will be hands- on and includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding, induction, and training content, as well as agendas and scheduling

  • Create, maintain and improve course materials such as slides, handouts, workbooks, program collateral, etc.

  • Administer reports and data to ensure inclusion of all require participants into training and onboarding sessions, along with attendance tracking and reporting

  • Manage the coordination, logistics and execution of training sessions, onboarding and new joiner events (with support from the Events team) virtually and within our Kingdoms

  • Facilitate and present onboarding and training sessions

  • Engage with Talent Acquisition, Events, HR Ops, and IT teams to ensure sessions run smoothly and content is comprehensive

  • Obtain business leader support and schedule their time via Executive Assistants to speak at training, onboarding, and inductions events

  • Help to create unforgettable training and onboarding experiences that builds connection, clarity, and confidence, driving success for new Kingsters

  • Help to shape and optimise King’s training and onboarding experience by collaborating with stakeholders, new hires, line managers and vendors 

  • Work closely with HRBPs and the learning & development resources to ensure agenda and priorities are aligned

  • Assist with the execution and tracking of various learning & development initiatives, including data and system management, analysis, and reporting

Candidate Profile

  • Significant experience of human resources, events and/or learning and development experience

  • Experience facilitating small or larger workshops and meetings 

  • Passion for people development, knowledge sharing and learning design

  • Excellent organisation skills to be able to manage and coordinate cross- functional onboarding and induction programs

  • Demonstrated ability to use tools for analysis, tracking, reporting on the success of onboarding initiatives

  • Strong sense of urgency and results- orientation; ability to take ownership of plans and see them through to completion

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office (excel, word, powerpoint etc.) and Google Drive skills

  • Ability to handle confidential data

  • Interest in the gaming sector and technology

  • Interest in championing People, Culture, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agendas
