Senior Frontend Developer - Developer Experience

We are looking for a talented senior frontend developer to be part of the journey of making the daily life for all developers at King even better. As a part of the Developer Experience team you’ll be collaborating with the Core Platform teams to make their tech more accessible to the teams at King.
Your role within our Kingdom
As a member of the Developer Experience team, you will play an important role to influence how technology evolves at King and how King teams develop their internal applications that bring great value to our games. You will work closely with your teammates in an agile environment and you will do product discovery and pair/mob programming.
Your responsibilities might include:
Develop reusable frontend components and libraries for King developers
Develop web/node.js applications, APIs and CLI tools
Improve developer experience, such as self- service tooling, that allow King teams to create and manage their applications
Co- develop internal applications and libraries with other teams
Research and drive technology innovations across teams
Skills to create thrills
Solid experience with frontend frameworks/libraries such as React or similar
Solid experience with CSS3 and HTML5
Solid experience of working with APIs
Familiar with frontend testing framework such as Jest or similar
A desire to learn new technologies and programming languages across the stack
Experience in modern UI libraries such as Material UI or similar
Experience working with Spotify´s Backstage framework
Knowledge of app development in GCP
Knowledge of Java and/or Python
Enjoys working in a dev- ops culture
