Performance Marketing Executive
We’re looking for an executive with a growth hacking mindset to join our Performance Marketing Team in London to support our global user acquisition and remarketing efforts. Why work at King? This person will support our Performance Marketing strategy efforts in attracting high retaining players to our games.
Your role within our Kingdom
Support the Performance Marketing team by acting as a liaison between the Operations team and other internal teams – ensuring best practices, initiatives and tests are circulated clearly and efficiently.
Leverage a growth hacker mentality to find previously untouched opportunities to make an impact on growth and reach
Deconstruct and optimise the user funnel working with key stakeholders across the company
Support and facilitate the creative production process between Media Buying team and our internal Creative Production Studio
Employ your Project management skills by coordinating internally and externally with the Games Studios, cross- channel marketing, and creative teams.
Apply your analytical skills to identify trends and patterns with both in- game user behaviour and with paid digital campaigns to influence our buying strategies
Staying current on latest technology and trends in mobile, and ensure we are launching first to market strategies
Implement new processes and develop solutions that provide useful insights
Investigate and report on holistic and channel level competitor activity
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Some experience working in a fast paced environment, preferably at a mobile gaming or mobile advertising company
Passion for mobile gaming
Ability to work independently and formulate and analyse tests and data
Knowledge of different mobile user acquisition channels that can be leveraged to drive profitable scale
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, derive insights and make recommendations
Hunger to learn and absorb from a team of expert Performance Marketers
Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and interpersonal
Formidable skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, data visualisation tools (Looker or Tableau) and SQL
Must be able to deconstruct user funnels and identify areas for optimisation
Ability to work in self- directed, fast- paced, result- oriented environment & to meet deadlines
Basic R Script, python, or similar skills a plus
