We have an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about creativity and gaming to play an integral part in our Live Marketing team, delivering engaging experiences to our players every day.  In Live marketing you will have the opportunity to change the game for players every day and we do it by cherishing innovation, ideas and fast execution to deliver experiences that truly matter for our players.   

This will be a 1 year fixed term contract.

As a Senior Digital Marketing & CRM Manager you will create and help execute a unified communications strategy that connects and provides value to millions of Candy Crush fans around the world. You’ll work closely with cross- functional teams to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention that provide value to players while driving meaningful impact to the business. You will also be instrumental in continually evolving the way we serve our players with new, fun and engaging content to play. In partnership with the wider Live marketing team you will plan and drive the marketing strategy, positioning, campaign timing of the in game events for the world largest game, Candy Crush Saga. 

Role responsibilities

  • Develop a multi- channel content/marketing approach that thoughtfully addresses both player needs and business objectives with clear goals, KPIs, strategies and tactics.

  • Plan, align and execute all promotional activities for the in game events in Candy Crush Saga

  • Be creative with ideas that support marketing objectives and our franchise to make sure players get fun, rich and personalised experiences

  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the creative process to set expectations, manage feedback, and provide creative solutions for revisions and challenges.

  • Work with Marketing Analytics teams to measure campaign success, run A/B testing and experimentation, and extract insights to continually optimise our promotional strategy.

  • Manage and track the campaign milestones and deadlines and coordinate across team, with high performing project management skills 

  • Comfortable in multi- task a very fast- paced, deadline- driven work environment.

Player profile

  • CRM, lifecycle, or digital marketing experience in entertainment, technology  or related industry with a focus on customer centric, data- driven, personalised campaign management. 

  • Hands- on experience with CRM or digital marketing at scale – across multiple brands or across a broad functional scope with millions of customers or subscribers.

  • Proven ability to use segmentation and behavioural data to personalise and optimise player experiences across email, push, in- game, and SMS.

  • Experience with ESPs (i.e. Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) or Mobile Marketing Automation platforms (Braze, Iterable, LeanPlum).

  • A motivated, independent, self- starting attitude with strong organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles to deliver.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills along with the ability to think strategically and creatively

  • Experience within entertainment or gaming experience a plus but not required. However, a strong willingness to learn more about our world's largest casual game is required.
