We value the time you spend with us, and we value the time you have for yourself too. We also trust you to know where you do your best work. So you’ll get a big say in how and where you like to get things done.
We call this Team First, Hybrid Working. We empower teams across the Kingdom to decide how best they can work together. It gives our Kingsters the ability to connect, collaborate and celebrate in their own way.
For some teams, there’ll be no minimum days in the office, but there will be occasions that require attendance. For others, there’ll be set, or minimum, in-office days.
When you join us, you’ll be welcomed into our offices of course, and supported to carve out your own corner of the Kingdom. Whether that’s your dining table, favorite coffee shop, or one of our playful workspaces.
