Senior Marketing Coordinator
Activision Blizzard Media is seeking a detail- oriented senior coordinator with a desire to learn the ropes of B2B marketing. This role will be responsible for the majority of marketing’s administrative tasks spanning operations, event logistics, sales marketing support, and analytics. This role will allow for exposure to a variety of marketing disciplines and channels and will provide countless learning opportunities.
You will be focused on supporting the marketing team across various projects and routine initiatives, leaning in heavily on operational tasks. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Maintain up- to- date project trackers within project plans and Monday.com
Maintain vendor relationships, inclusive of invoice tracking, research new vendors, and own communication as needed
Track analytics for marketing programs and campaigns and produce regular reports for the extended team.
Track inbound requests across Salesforce, project forms, email, and slack and communicate with the Head of Sales Marketing for prioritization and resource management.
Become a financial specialist and meticulously track invoices and spending across marketing programs, liaise with financial partners across the organization, and manage team POs and new vendor setup.
Support marketing events with invite and RSVP management, vendor and venue research and communication, and staffing in- person as needed.
Maintain marketing lists and CRM, inclusive of media lists and post- event additions.
Track external media coverage.
Execute the swag and gifting program, inclusive of managing distribution, ordering, sourcing, and inventory tracking
Support the development of relevant marketing materials for programs, including emails, microsites, and internal communications.
Provide support for internal meetings, including deck creation and maintenance of our internal recognition program.
Other related and ad- hoc duties as needed.
Occasional travel is required to support some marketing and company events.
1- 3+ years professional experience, marketing experience a plus but not required.
You are incredibly organized, detail- oriented, and possess strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
You are a highly motivated go- getter who can take broad direction and operate independently and within a team environment.
You possess the ability to creatively problem- solve and work under short deadlines.
Proficient in various software and applications, including but not limited to: Google Suite, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Salesforce, and Monday.com.
This position is based in our New York City office and will operate in a hybrid working model between home and the office.
