We are looking for a Content Manager to join the King Player Support Team, who is self- organized, player focused and has a phenomenal level of proactivity. This role is based within Player Support in Barcelona!
Your Role Within our Kingdom
Produce very high- quality content for Player Support’s Help Center (Player’s Self Service FAQs)
Elevate the writing skills of the Player Support department as you set up the example of what phenomenal content looks like
Deliver fast and efficient player- facing content to help navigate potential game incidents
Handle and lead actions around content at a Player Support level (including improvements for our forums, help centers, bots, standard answers, etc)
Audit and update our Help Centers to guarantee the content is up- to- date
Develop and complete Player- facing initiatives such as articles, contests, promotional opportunities, events, etc.
Find and scope improvements on the capability of our platforms to drive efficiency and a better UX
Report on and drive ongoing improvements to Player Support meaningful metrics such as ticket deflection, PSAT or article efficiency
Coordinate with game teams and other internal departments to ensure that players are advised on the relevant game activities
Be an ambassador for the player and improve their voice to the rest of the company
Skills to Create Thrills
A minimum of 2 years in Content Management, Strategy or Writing
Native level of English both written and verbal
Experience delivering high- impact content for self- service channels
Extensive knowledge of Content technologies and providers
A passion for games and player communities
Ability to build and adapt content to new platforms and channels according to the needs of our players
Ability to connect with confidence to a wide variety of audiences
Experience analyzing data and reports to understand the performance of the content crafted and the initiatives implemented
