  • Partner with IT, Security Architecture and Engineering teams to:

    • Conduct a gap assessment of current Microsoft Active Directory/Azure AD security best practices, designing and implementing controls to enhance security posture and monitoring capabilities

    • Design and implement an enterprise wide Zero Sign- On/Passwordless authentication solution

  • Partner with our Security Operations team and other stakeholders to develop behavioral detections, alerting and response plans for anomalous authentication activities

  • Partner with IT team to design, implement and migrate to a single unified authentication directory

  • Continuously developing our capabilities to support modern connectivity, authentication and authorization requirements

  • Helping our IT team solve user issues and providing accurate documentation

  • Identify gaps in current processes, documentation, workflows and design solutions; recommending and/or delivering changes or enhancements as needed to improve clarity, efficiency and scalability of our offerings

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:

  • Several years hands- on experience as an IAM/SSO engineer or Microsoft Active Directory administrator

  • Experience securing, administering and integrating applications to enterprise SSO/authentication platforms, e.g. Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, Duo etc..

  • Intimate knowledge of authentication protocols such as LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OpenID Connect, oAuth, MFA etc..

  • Knowledge of IAM and authentication frameworks in cloud environments

  • Experience working on systems integration projects

  • Good understanding of information security and IAM best practices and principles

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non- technical collaborators

  • Ability to solve problems independently and drive collaboration with the immediate team and external teams as needed to meet strategic goals

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

  • Willing to travel occasionally
